Delete24-1/6=4
6x4=24
24-4=20
So its 4
The problem that i am going to do is
ReplyDelete1/6 of 24 = 4
so there are 6 groups and 6 in each
6 x 4 = 24
and then 24 - 4 = 20
1 / 6 of 24 = 24
ReplyDeletethere are 6 / 6 and 1 / 6 are girls so 5 / 6 are boys which is 20 boys
I did 1/6 of 24 =4
ReplyDelete6 times 4 = 24
1/6 of 24= 4
24-4=20
I did 1/6 of 24=4

1/6 of 24 kids so I have done 3 different ways to work it out. But then I have found out that there was 4 girls and 20 boys.
ReplyDelete6 x 4 = 24
24 - 4 = 20
23 + 1 = 24
1/6 of 24 = 4
ReplyDelete6×4 = 24
24 ÷ 6 = 4
4+4+4+4+4+4=24
so you take away the girls and how many boys there are is
24 - 4 =20
1/5 of 35 =7 there are 7 girls 5x7=35 35kids -7girls =28boys
ReplyDeleteI did, 1/6 of 24=4 24÷6=4 6x4=24 the I did 24-4=20 so there is 20 boys in class 8.
